In seeking mental health care, you have a choice to use or not use your insurance. This is a personal decision. I am a direct provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, both MN and other BCBS national plans. I am also an in network provider for Preferred One, Aetna, Humana, ComPsych and Life Synch. With many other plans I may be considered an out of network provider and generally can work with the out of network benefits.
